"The Penguin" picks up shortly after the events of "The Batman." So why isn't Robert Pattinson back?

If you keep up with upcoming superhero movies, then you already know the new DC Universe, under the tutelage of Co-CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran, is gearing up to introduce its own Batman in The Brave and the Bold.

With the Max series focusing on one of Batman's greatest foes, it makes sense to ask whether the Dark Knight will be in The Penguin.
